Withdrawal from contract
You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days. Please fill in the form below.
From 1. 7. 2024, the new Consumer Protection Act No. 108/2024 Coll. has been in force, replacing the old Act 102/2014 and introducing new terminology and an extension of the withdrawal period in specific cases. Exceptions to the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days are in §19 para. 1.
